Deep report

The Deep Report

A five-minute scan. No talking, no forms to fill in. Once a month, that scan becomes the Deep Report: the most complete picture of your mental and emotional well-being that Kalmoa produces, written specifically for and about you.

What the Deep Report is

The Deep Report is Kalmoa's monthly, in-depth analysis of your mental well-being. Where the Well-Being Index gives you a quick, numerical read across seven Life Topics, the Deep Report goes several layers deeper: a written account of what's happening beneath those numbers, why it's happening, and what to do about it. It's built entirely from your own brain-body response to a short scan, not from questionnaires or self-reporting, so what you read back is your own pattern, not your own opinion of yourself.

What you can use it for

People use the Deep Report differently depending on where they are. As a monthly check-in, it shows you where your mental well-being stands right now, and which part of your life deserves attention this month. As a longer-term tool, read across several months side by side, it becomes a record of how your inner life moves over time, which patterns soften, which ones persist. And when something in a report points to more than self-reflection can handle, it becomes a concrete starting point for a first conversation with a therapist or coach, something honest to bring into the room instead of having to find the words yourself.

How the Deep Report is built

Every Deep Report follows the same six-part structure.

  1. Summary: an opening read on where you stand, naming both your strengths and the one thing that stands apart from the rest.
  2. Well-Being Index Breakdown: your seven Life Topic scores, each placed in context rather than left as a bare number.
  3. Current Process: what's happening beneath the surface of your day-to-day life right now.
  4. Underlying Themes: the deeper pattern behind that, and why it's there.
  5. Your Personal Focus Points: specific, concrete things to try this month, tied to your own pattern.
  6. Final Remarks: a closing perspective that ties the picture together and sets up next month's report.

Behind that structure sits the same measurement used throughout Kalmoa: your scan compared against a reference model of more than 40,000 scans. A modern AI language model writes the report's language, turning your specific pattern into clear, readable text, but the substance of the report comes from the measurement and engine itself, not from the language model.

What you get out of it

Read on its own, one Deep Report gives you something most people never get: an honest, unbiased look at their own inner life, without needing to explain themselves to anyone first. Read every month and acted on, it becomes something more: a working document for improving your mental and emotional well-being, built around focus points that are genuinely yours, not generic advice. It's meant to be revisited as your life moves, not read once and filed away.
