The Deep Report: the clearest mirror into your mental well-being

No conversation, no forms, no explaining yourself to anyone. Just a five-minute scan and, once a month, a document that reads you back to yourself more clearly than most people ever get to see themselves. That's the Deep Report, and it's the deepest, most valuable thing Kalmoa offers.

What the Deep Report actually is

The Deep Report is Kalmoa's monthly, in-depth analysis of your mental well-being, built entirely from what your brain-body response actually shows, not from what you say about yourself in a form or a conversation. There's no interview, no self-assessment, no session with anyone. You wear the headset for about five minutes, and the report does the rest.

That combination, real signal with zero manual effort, is what makes it genuinely rare: the clearest, most unbiased mirror available today, without needing to talk to anyone, fill anything in, or do any work at all. Plug in, sit for five minutes, and get a picture of your inner life that would otherwise take real time and real vulnerability to arrive at.

Where the Well-Being Index fits in

The Well-Being Index (WBI) is its own separate product: a fast, percentage-based read across your seven Life Topics that you can check as often as you like, daily if you want, useful for quick tracking and a sense of where you're at right now. The Deep Report includes those same seven scores, but with more behind them: because the report carries a full month of context, each topic score arrives with sharper, more specific interpretation than a standalone WBI check gives you on its own.

What's inside the Deep Report

•       Summary: an opening read on where you stand right now, in plain language, naming both your strengths and the things that doesn't match the rest.

•       Well-Being Index Breakdown: your seven Life Topic scores, each with context specific to your current pattern, providing more context than only the percentages.

•       Current Process: what's actually happening beneath the surface of your day-to-day life right now.

•       Underlying Themes: the deeper, often longer-running psychological threads behind that, why they’re there, not just that they’re there.

•       Your Personal Focus Points: concrete, specific things to try this month, tied directly to your own patterns, not generic advice.

•       Final Remarks: a closing perspective that ties the whole picture together and sets up next month's report.

How to read it

Read it in order, start to finish, the way you'd read someone's honest read of you. The Summary and the Well-Being Index Breakdown tell you where you stand, the Current Process and Underlying Themes explain how you got there, and the Personal Focus Points really land once you understand the pattern they're responding to. Skipping straight to the suggestions is like hearing advice without the reasoning behind it.

A working document, not a one-off

The real value of the Deep Report isn't any single month's edition, it's what builds up when you return to it regularly. Because it arrives monthly, it becomes a working record of your inner life as it actually moves: which themes soften, which ones persist, what changes when your circumstances change. Read alongside each other, a few months of reports show you a shape that no single report, and no single conversation, ever could. It's meant to be revisited, not filed away.

A starting point for professional help

If something in a report points to more than you can work through by reflecting alone, the report itself becomes useful in a very concrete way: something to bring to a therapist or coach as a starting point. Instead of trying to find the words yourself in a first session, you already have a written, honest account of the pattern, ready to hand over. It doesn't replace that conversation, it makes it easier to begin.
